Can anyone recommend a mentor? I live in the south eastern suburbs of melbourne and would be looking for someone in this area due to work commitments. I currently have one investment property, and am looking at investing in another. - Eastlakes is one of the most affordable suburbs in eastern suburbs. The median price is just $376,500 which is way below that of Kensington ($540K), Maroubra ($570K) and Botany Bay ($500K). Add Comment First Post! 06/25/2011
